Oui See You LLC, also known as OSY, operates a scholarship marketplace and related programs connecting students, educational institutions, donors, sponsors, and partners. OSY may charge administrative or marketplace fees to scholarship sponsors or partners.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to maintain the security of your account credentials.
5. Scholarships and Applications
OSY does not guarantee scholarship awards.
Scholarship decisions are made by donors, sponsors, or partner organizations, not OSY.
OSY is not responsible for incomplete, late, or inaccurate applications.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Provide false or misleading information
Misuse the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
Harass, exploit, or harm other users
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to OSY and may not be used without prior written consent.

OSY may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at its sole discretion.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." OSY makes no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or outcomes related to scholarships.
